Was extremely busy as we're offering 99p pizza and pasta, what a bargain, hadn't originally booked for that so was very happy with the price. Gentleman welcoming you in was less than welcoming, understand were busy but customer service goes a long way and so would a smile. Young girl that served us though was great although she was extremely under pressure with the sheer amount of guests. Well done! No pizza cutters so had no choice but to cut with knife and fork which was comical and very long wait for drink order.
Tried out the new menu at Prezzo Felixstowe and was very pleased. Our waitress was busy but very pleasant and made sure we were dealt with promptly. Our food was excellent and well prepared. The starters were delicious and the pizzas were huge. Desert finished off our meal. Will definitely be returning.
Your waitress Monika W is always very welcoming and friendly. We asked her about the a/c and when turning it down was still too chilly she was happy to move us to another table. She remembers our usual orders although we sometimes catch her by choosing different things.

Very disappointed to see that the burgers no longer come with fries, especially as they're expensive to begin with. We'll be going elsewhere in future. Service is always fantastic. Lovely staff. Although a request to be seated close to the door was ignored which made either difficult for a disabled member of the party to get to the table.
